Delivery Information

Enjoy free delivery on all orders within the UK, with no minimum spend required. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 working days.

​​Delivery Options​​
  • ​​Standard Delivery​​: Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
  • ​​Express Delivery​​: Available for an additional £14.95, with delivery expected within 2 to 3 working days for most addresses.
Please note that orders placed after 12 noon will require an extra working day for processing. The estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

​​Order Tracking & Updates​​
Once your order is placed, we will send a confirmation email. When your items are dispatched, we will provide tracking details along with a 3-hour delivery timeslot where available. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

​​Receiving Your Delivery​​
In most cases, deliveries are made to your external front door. However, for flats or apartments, drivers may only be able to deliver to the nearest ground-floor access point. For larger items, the driver may require assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver up flights of stairs in apartment buildings.

​​Carpet Fitting Advice​​
We recommend booking your fitter only after receiving and inspecting your order to avoid any inconvenience in case of unexpected delays. Please allow extra time between delivery and fitting, especially for orders containing items over 50kg, as these may take longer to arrive.
